How to Raise a Grievance

02Submit a Grievance Form

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by your consultant, you can submit a formal grievance using our online Grievance Form provided on this page. The matter will then be formally investigated by our grievance officer and we will keep you informed of the progress and provide an expected resolution date.
